Meet the barbers

Ralf
Master Barber
Ralf has began his career as an apprentice in Turkish barber shop. As long as he realised barbering is his pure love he have done SVQ2 in barbering and opened his own salon The Cave Barbershop in 2016. He never stopped developing and in 2021 he passed the last exam in NVQ3 in barbering with Master barber degree. Since then his salon has been nominated 3 times in best barbershop category and won competition twice in 2021 and 2023. He cannot stand still and always looking for ways to improve. |

Senior Barber
Chris has been involved in barbering since 2016.After wearing some form of facial hair since the age of 16 he finally decided to make it his profession after turning 30. Learning his basic hair cutting skills in a high-end hairdressing city centre salon, he then took on a job in a barbershop as a junior barber.A few months of practice, some extra training in Dundee with a barber with 30 years of experience and he was ready to kick-off his career in one of Aberdeens chain of barbershops. It only took a year for Ralf to notice his talent and ask him to join The Cave team. And the rest is history. |

Senior Barber
Scott began his barber career in June 2021, after being made redundant from his office-based telecoms job. Deciding to take a chance on a new career, he attended a local barber school at one of Aberdeen’s top barber shops where he was introduced to the basics of barbering. In September 2021, he joined the crew at The Cave as a junior/trainee barber. After 3.5 years he became a Senior Babrer. Since then he has worked hard to improve his skills and build his own clientele. |
